Learning from others

One of my favorite Leadership blogs is Dan Rockwell’s Leadership Freak. His wisdom is broad and affirming, his insights are keen and life-giving. I read his daily posts with anticipation.

Since I enjoy learning from Dan, I was struck by a comment he made a few weeks back: “Everyone benefits from input – especially those who think they don’t need it.”

That was sneaky!

I often think I know the answer - whether to my challenges or when coaching others. It’s in those moments that I think I don’t need input - and that’s precisely when I need it most!

So let me challenge you: do you think you don’t need input?

Could you be missing something beneficial?

Since I already know your secret, can I help you overcome it?
